A while back, my players visited Gauntlgrym. Like most dwarven cities, this famous stronghold is mostly underground, with the usual endless corridors, mine tunnels, elaborate stonework, etc. But what Gauntlgrym has that is unique is Megaera - an ancient fire primordial trapped far beneath the city with magical wards. The dwarves use Megaera's infinite heat and energy to power their forges, allowing them to produce things of unparalleled quality. What a cool detail!
